▶︎What countries will you accept shipping to?
    • At this time, US, Canada, Australia, Mexico orders will freely be accepted.
    • For additional countries, I will try my best to complete the order - please feel free to email me at [email protected] for inquiries about other shipping.
    • All orders outside above locations will be refunded and cancelled.
    • Thank you for your understanding, and we will work to increase shipping range for the future.
▶︎When will my order ship out?
    • We ship orders at least once a week, usually on a Thursday. Please note, this tentative timeline/ frequency may be subject to change.
▶︎What happens if I accidentally write the wrong address/ need to update my address?
Please contact [email protected] with Name, Contact Information, and Order Number/ Details to see if your order has shipped yet.
    • In the case that we have not shipped your order yet, we will edit your address and ship your order to your new, updated address.
    • In the case that we have already shipped your order, we apologize but we cannot rescind posted packages. We do not accept any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for orders already shipped.
    • We encourage you to be aware of this fact, and to please ensure that your order has correct shipping information before ordering.

    • We do not accept any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations at this time.
    • We encourage you to be aware of this fact, and to please be careful when ordering.
▶︎My order still hasn't arrived?
Please note the following:
    • Standard shipping for USA customers will take about 7-14 Business Days
    • Canada, Mexico and Australia Shipping will take up to 3 Months
    • IMPORTANT: Shipment is done through USPS; considering the state of the COVID-19 pandemic there may be a delay in shipping
▶︎What happens if my order is damaged upon arrival?
    • We take care and caution to ensure items are safely and correctly shipped.
    • We are not responsible for poor handling on the part of couriers and cannot accept returns and refunds on such orders.
